Portraits
This series began with a request from my dear aunt and uncle, after their dog Maggie successfully recovered from a sudden illness. They were looking for a unique way to honor her and asked me if I would paint her portrait. I agreed and was delightfully surprised at how much fun it was to capture her on the canvas. Other dogs, a cat, and even some children soon followed, each presenting a different personality and creative challenge.
